What We Look For

Age Range

Our primary focus is players aged U17 to U21, though we consider exceptional talent at any age.

Technical Quality

Strong fundamentals, tactical awareness, and the ability to perform under pressure in competitive match environments.

Character & Mindset

Discipline, coachability, professionalism, and the mental resilience to adapt to new environments and cultures.

Competitive Experience

Regular participation in organized leagues, academy programs, or national age-group teams. Match footage is essential.

How to Submit for Consideration

Send an email to otw@otw-mgt.com with the following information:

Player's full name, date of birth, and nationality
Current club and league
Primary and secondary positions
Physical attributes (height, weight, dominant foot)
Match footage — minimum 2 full-match videos or a comprehensive highlight reel from competitive matches (not training)
Any available statistics (goals, assists, minutes played, league standings)
Contact information for the player and/or parent/guardian

We review every submission personally. Due to the volume of inquiries, please allow up to 14 days for a response. If we see potential for representation, we will arrange a direct conversation.
